Elena Korb is a professional dancer and accomplished ballroom dance instructor who teaches International Standard, International Latin, American Smooth, American Rhythm, Hustle and Argentine Tango. She is also a professional wedding dance choreographer, and has taught hundreds of couples their first dance over the past six years.
Elena started to dance at age 6, and has attained Master’s
level in dancing along with Associate Master’s level in gymnastics. She is a graduate
of Spektr Dance Club in
Elena has over 15 years of professional experience as dance
teacher and judge, working with adults and children as young as age 5. Over
the past 10 years, Elena’s students have won top places in numerous
competitions in
As a judge with Russian Dance Sport Federation, Elena
refereed various dance championships prior to her arriving in Unites States,
where she continued to dance professionally as well as to teach and participate
in dance competitions with her students.
Elena was Fred Astaire Top Female Dance Teacher in the

dance competitions worldwide over her more than 25-year dancing career. She has
Master’s Level proficiency in International Standard, International Latin and
Ten Dance Programs. Elena has won

In the United States, Elena has competed in International
Standard, International Latin, American Smooth and Cabaret (show program),
becoming National Fred Astaire Champion in American Smooth at 2006 Chicago
Cross Country championship. She has also taken 2nd and 3rd places in
International Latin, International Standard & Cabaret at Fred Astaire
National competitions in
Elena also participated in the “Dancing with the Stars” opening ceremony at 2008 ABC Christmas Parade in Orlando, Florida.
